Windows Clear Type technology improves readability on computer displays. Here's how to turn it on:

1. Right click on an empty spot on the desktop
   
2. Select properties to bring up the "Display Properties" dialog
   
3. Select the "Appearance" tab
   
   
4. Click the "Effects..." button
   
5. Select "Clear Type" for "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts"
