Spring-WS documentation says you can use a Jaxb object as parameter or return type, provided that it is annotated with javax.xml.bind.annotation.XmlRootElement , or is an instance of javax.xml.bind.JAXBElement . But that's a lot easier said than done! For example, if sayHelloResponse is defined as:
<xs:element name="sayHelloResponse" type="tns:sayH... then the JAXB generated class is not annotated with XmlRootElement , therefore, unusable for Spring-WS. You have to define the type as: <xs:element name="sayHelloResponse"> <xs:compl... in order to generate a type annotated with XmlRootElement . But that is not always possible. Alternatively, you can use the Maven plugin maven-jaxb2-plugin with the jaxb2-basics-annotate plugin (yes, plugin inside plugin) to inject the XmlRootElement annotation into the generated JAXB class. This is the pom: <project xmlns="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0"... and the binding file: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="y......

Redsocks is a transparent socks/proxy redirector. You use iptables to redirect TCP traffic to redsocks, redsocks will forward to upstream SOCKS4, SOCKS5 or HTTPS proxy server. Once set up, the redirection is system wide, so you don't have to set up proxy for each individual application. It is useful when you have to use a SOCKS or proxy server to make the connection but the application does not support proxy settings (for example, the Android browser). Linux/iptables, OpenBSD/pf and FreeBSD/ipfw are supported.
Sample configuration file :
base {
log_debug = off;
log_info = off;
...
According to the project home page , redsocks is used by ProxyDroid to provide system-wide proxy on rooted Android devices.

The C function getsockopt lets you get the error codes with the option SO_ERROR . The possible error numbers are defined in the global errno.h . The relevant values are:
#define ETIMEDOUT 110 /* Connection timed out */
...
But here's the whole list on my Linux system ( /usr/include/asm-generic/errno.h ):
#ifndef _ASM_GENERIC_ERRNO_H
#define _ASM_GENER...

History.js gracefully supports the HTML5 History/State APIs (pushState, replaceState, onPopState) in all browsers. For HTML4 browsers it will revert back to using the old onhashchange functionality. All major browsers are supported.
This is a simple test page to get started:
<html>
<head>
<title>Test History</title>
...
Note: state url must be provided for IE to generate a unique hash. YOu can prefix the state url with '?' ('#' does not work).

These bean types are essential for the Spring MVC framework. I copied them here from the Spring Documentation for quick reference. Bean type Explanation HandlerMapping Maps incoming requests to handlers and a list of pre- and post-processors (handler interceptors) based on some criteria the details of which vary by HandlerMapping implementation. The most popular implementation supports annotated controllers but other implementations exists as well. HandlerAdapter Helps the DispatcherServlet to invoke a handler mapped to a request regardless of the handler is actually invoked. For example, invoking an annotated controller requires resolving various annotations. Thus the main purpose of a HandlerAdapter is to shield the DispatcherServlet from such details. HandlerExceptionResolver Maps exceptions to views also allowing for more complex exception handling code. ViewResolver Resolves logical String-based...

The annotation @org.hibernate.annotations.Type overrides the default hibernate mapping type used for a column. This can usually be omitted since Hibernate normaly infers the correct type to use.
But @Type is required in ambiguous scenarios such as a java.util.Date attribute, which can map to SQL DATE , TIME or TIMESTAMP . You use the @Type("timestamp") annotation to tell Hibernate that a timestamp converter should be used, which identifies an instance of org.hibernate.type.TimestampType .
@Type can also be used to identify custom type converters, which can be defined with @TypeDef at the class level:
@TypeDefs(
{
@TypeDef(

or with an xml file:

Oracle sqlplus command line tools does not support command line editing out-of-the-box. But on Linux there's a handy utility that enables command line editing with any command line tool: rlwrap - readline wrapper.
Install rlwrap:
$ sudo apt-get install rlwrap
Create a keywords file .sql.dict (optional, but convenient):
false null true
access add as asc begin by chec...
It would be nice to add the tables names also.
Create an alias for sqlplus (put it in .bashrc ):
alias sqlplus='rlwrap -f $HOME/.sql.dict sqlplus'
